Music is his way of communicating: through the intersection of colours, grooves and rhythms he exposes his sensory perception, which defines his identity as an artist. Music can be uniquely capable of uncovering the aporias of temporality - and this is one of the most delightful paradoxes for him: the depths of its utterly consistency, restless pulse, rest and motion, pause and acceleration, tension and resolve... and the sum total that all parameter interactions might give.

"Hohe" is a Franconian, Berlin-based music producer for electronica. Rooted in ambient and deep techno, he released an LP and an EP with his previous project "D. J. 37" on labels such as N F E R E E (UK) and KVLTÖ Records (MEX). With his current project, the focus is clearly on studio work - the productions embrace a strict style around solid groove design with psychedelic synth and texture layers without overwhelming drum workouts. His role since 2023 at ‘instinkt lab’ is to curate and plan the label's musical output. In direct coordination with the team, they endeavour to create a platform for contemporary electronic music.

As a residential member of the UNARTIG. collective in Oldenburg since 2016, he has proven his prowess through numerous successful gigs. Kribs also runs his own label,'instinkt lab', collaborating with other talented artists. With each track, Kribs’ sound evolves, reflecting his unwavering dedication and passion for sound design.
