Tom Kutsche is a Cologne-born, Berlin-based DJ, selector, label owner, and music lover whose sound is deeply rooted in disco, boogie, funk, and house music.
His musical journey began in his early teenage years and continues to be inspired by the same energy and sound that first captivated him.
In a community-minded perspective, bringing people together and uplifting them through music are the drivers behind his party series cologne is for lovers and the beloved LOVEDANCIN' Party in Berlin.
As the founder of kickin‘ up dust, Tom has put out releases from artists such as George Davis and Sound On Sound, along with remixes by Kai Alcé and Roy Davis Jr. Through the label, he channels his passion for soulful music into every release.
Native to New York, musclecars is a DJ / Producer duo consisting of Brandon Weems and Craig Handfield. As musicians, they nod to great classic and soulful dance music, but with their added twists of transcendental jazz, deep elements, and cinematic mood. Rooted in community, their mission to unite people through music has taken them worldwide, earning recognition in Rolling Stone, Billboard, DJ Mag, Resident Advisor , Mixmag, and more. In 2018, they launched Coloring Lessons, a party designed to enrich their city’s nightlife culture. Free of strict genres, it flows effortlessly through house, disco, jazz, soul, and beyond—honoring the sounds of their Black and Brown predecessors. Inspired by their city’s incomparable dance music history, from The Paradise Garage and The Loft, to Body and Soul and Shelter , the party seeks to push that spirit forward, sharing its rhythms and legacy with a new generation.
As Wupperal born native of the 90s, Danyon was not only deeply influenced by his fathers vinyl and electronic music collection, but also the upcoming years of clubbing and DJing from 2013 onwards. His sound most likely be described as percussion-rich, with rumbling base-lines right up to broken beat techno.
Mexem has been active in Wuppertal’s underground music scene for over a decade. Whether performing in clubs or crafting live sets, his work is defined by a distinctive approach to sound design, groove, and the dynamic tension between melancholy and euphoria. His sets weave together ambient textures, deep dubstep, and intricate shades of jungle and drum & bass—always grounded in his unmistakable sonic identity, with deep, driving techno as the foundation. Mexem’s music draws listeners into a trance-like state and guides them through a rich, transformative journey.
KØKØ, born and based in Wuppertal, draws inspiration from the atmospheric styles of the 2010s techno scene.
His sound is a fusion of deep, ambient textures and driving beats, influenced by immersive, hypnotic and dynamic elements. His style binds the essence of both introspective soundscapes and raw energy, creating a unique auditory experience that reflects his roots and artistic evolution.
A night shaped by house in its many forms. Led by artists who deliver warm and spiritual deep house and disco DJ sets that look back on and traverse decades of queer party culture, the focus lies on flow, atmosphere and long-form dancefloor storytelling.
