Deep Roots - Dedicated heads to the core, Tasha & Mantra have been friends for over 18 years, they met on a d&b forum after Tasha first heard Mantra mixing the ruffest records seamlessly on Rude FM!! Mantra asked Tasha to bring a mix CD to her night Rupture. (one of the most respected events in the UK) she then booked her and they’ve been close friends ever since! Raving together and paying their dues as DJ’s, label owners and Promoters.

Both known for pushing experimental, cutting-edge productions - expect everything on the night from Dub, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Hardcore, Techno, Dubstep, UKG and Breakbeat pressure - with roots planted deeply in the underground. Tasha & Mantra will each be playing 4hour sets, with the with the potential for some b2b in between :))

Tasha’s DJing style matches this textured background of her influences and has developed into a master-flow of form – weaving tunes together seamlessly from her bass informed home of the UK alongside four four techno forms born in Detroit and Berlin. The avid collector with knowledge that reaches back into the roots as much as she looks forward into current emerging sonics.
