Rooted somewhere in that no-name land between niche and classy club music, she feels especially drawn to anything percussive, pulsating, spacious and delightfully quirky. While striving to channel her eclectic taste into mixes that are diverse yet inherently consistent, her deeper intention remains simple: to gather people, connect through music with like-minded souls, and create intense moments of collective spark.

Born and raised in Jordan, DJ and producer Yazan Zyadat, aka Toumba, is now based inLondon, where he fashions lithe club bangers that melt Middle Eastern elements withdubstep basslines and clattering breaks. Last year he experienced a flurry of interest whenBen UFO's Hessle Audio label released his "Petals" EP and Zyadat was able to broadcasthis unique sounds on a larger platform.
